I like the Maverick and used to use it exclusively. Now I usually use a Stoker and connect it to my wireless LAN. It's really convenient. Clearly the price of a Stoker is alot more due to the auto-temp control system/fan... (but I can check the temp of my cook from my mobile phone )...
