New Egghead First Cook a Success

Remember me telling about the surprise visitors at the After Party in Atlanta, Henry and Gay from New Orleans.

Here's Henry:

They were so impressed with the food and the friendly people they immediately ordered a large to be delivered when they returned home.

He's called me three times today saying he's got the Egg assembled according to the instructions. He did the dollar bill test. He varnished his table and now he's cooked a spatchcocked chicken with great success. It was tender, juicy and absolutely delicious.

Gay wants to get a photo of him hugging his new Egg to show how much he loves it.

He said he couldn't believe it but he had hardly any ash and still has almost as much lump as when he started.

I think it is safe to say we have a very happy "Newbie" Egghead today.
