I used to cook in a Cuban restaurant and we would make Pollo Cubano. Chicken is marinated the chicken in OJ and a bunch of garlic, oregano, cumin, pepper, onion, etc was a best seller. We'd marinate it for about a day or two and then serve it with a bunch of carmelized onions on top. Mmmmm... Here's a recipe I found that looks close. You could also make a simple sauce with a bunch of garlic and chicken stock to go over it. A mojo sauce with the blood orange juice would be good with fish, chicken, or shrimp.
