Morning mad max beyond eggdome:

No name (yet). I don't add any oil, butter or anything to the pan. There is usually enough oil on the veggies and/or in the bag when I dump it into the wok (though you could easy add some if desired). I would guess cooking time is 10 to 15 minutes depending on how hot the fire. I usually put the wok (mine is cast iron) in to let it heat up before adding the veggies. I don't add the veggies until the dome temp is 350+ for a few minutes. Normally I am fighting the flames to some extent while cooking, but I do close the dome between "stirrings" of the veggies. HTH
