I agree with some of the previous post that you should give the multiple egg ownership a try. I have an XL as well as a large and small. Added a mini at the fest. There are 3 of us here and i use the small 75% of the time. Saves on lump and time. Doesnt take very much to crank it up for a few steaks, chicken breasts, pork chops. Its also a very good pizza maker so i can see that the medium would be just about perfect. Thats the only size i dont have.
