Luvin T'Loin,As Spaceman Spiff said...350 direct, turn once every 4 to 5 minutes to get all four sides until 140-150 internal depending on how done you want it. Let rest, covered, for about 5 minutes and slice.One thing to add, if you haven't done it this time, brine the tenderloins the next time if they aren't already "enhanced."Win
