Egg in the winter

Return to index

First, thank you all for all you help. I purchased my egg at the begining of the summer and I visited this forum countless times for advice, tips, ideas and recipes. I have provided my friends and family with a number of wonderful meals all with the help of all of you.

On to my question: Those of you up north, what do you do with your egg in the winter? Is there a problem using the egg when it is extemely cold? Should I take any precautions with using it when it is below freezeing?

Thanks again for the help!
