SpokaneMan, yeah. that's the thing, it's not "authentic". i've tried it a few different ways, all good, but never quite the way we (read: my wife) like it. doing three or four this way might get old quick. but we normally do one or two.it would just be nice to persoanlly have 'the' method down to where we open the dome, toss it in, and come back to a perfect pizza.still looking for that one.
