Last night's cook was GREAT! I sat in on Car Wash Mike's rib class as well as Buster Dog's dessert class at the Omaha Eggfest. So I had to give them a try. The ribs were 4-1/2 hrs; I did have a little trouble regulating the heat but after that, all was well. Buster Dog's Bananas Foster was my first attempt at dessert on the BGE.
