Flashback Bob, I am one of the high heat dudes myself. I love Trex’n when I have company. They are always amazed at how hot the Egg can get. And you know the amateurs are thinking “man he’s burning the crap out of those”. Only to have them come out awesome. I use an oven mitt that comes up to my elbow for these cooks.Glad all ended safely
