Ann, hey, if you have a large, you'll have more headroom and you might be able to place the bird on the grid on the plate setter. test your setup with the bird in the wrapper to make sure it all fits. watch your dome thermometer stem, as you may have to raise it some with a spacer to prevent it from sticking in the turkey. just take it out, then close the dome and insert the thermometer back in the hole to see if it hits the turkey.you are gonna love it!
