Ann, Well I am really hoping that someone else will step in here to help, because I suck at describing things! First, do you have a plate setter? You can see it in "The Egg Setup" part of the MadMax instructions.If so, then all you need is a baking/ roasting pan that your turkey can fit in. You want to have your turkey sitting on a rack (I use a little cookie cooling rack) inside your roasting/ baking pan to keep it out of the liquids that you will add to the pan. (white wine in the MadMax method) Look over the instructions a bit and I think it will all come together for you.Be sure to make the gravy as described - you will be in turkey gravy nirvana!!
