Charlie Hustle, I call it a Breakfast Quesadilla but you might want to consider this. It's great.Just pan-fry some crumbled up smoked sausage. Then pour a thin layer of Southwestern Style Eggbeaters in a small skillet, sprinkle the crumbled sausage on it, then sprinkle a healthy amount of Kraft 4-Mexican Cheese on top of that. Add a bit of salt and pepper to flavor.While that cooks heat a tortilla in another skillet (or on your pizza stone on the Egg). Slide the Egg/Sausage/Cheese onto the tortilla.
