That sounds about right for 325-350, but I prefer lower temps and longer cooks. I shoot for 275 F and cook them about 90 minutes.

The attached legs were marinaded a short time with 50:50 EVOO and Dale's Low Sodium Sauce. I heavily coated them with Dizzy Pig Shakin the Tree and cooked with a chunk of cherry wood to add some smoke flavor. Incredibly moist and flavorful!
