Started this 8# Butt at 7pm PST with mustard Coarse Dizzy Dust and sugar. Injected with Dizzy Dust, Apple juice, apple juice vinegar ,Worcestershire sauce, and corn syrup. Should be done tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Have a great night, Ross
