First overnight cook in the Egg

Started this 8# Butt at 7pm PST with mustard Coarse Dizzy Dust and sugar. Injected with Dizzy Dust, Apple juice, apple juice vinegar ,Worcestershire sauce, and corn syrup. Should be done tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

I had Smittty send me two gasket kits I burned mine up trying cook pizza at 900* He He He

The Pork Butt's still in the Egg its 12hr. now another 6 or so. Pic's to fallow.
