HI
Looking for any bread recipes to make on the egg, never have done that yet and would like to try it. Also, anyone have some good fish recipes for the egg, we do Salmon a lot with the Dizzy Pig Raging River with Maple Syrup glaze Yummy....would like to try something different.

Thanks
bw

bw,

3/4 lb tuna steak 1" thick, marinated one hour in 1 TB wasabi power (or substitute ground ginger), 2 TB soy, & 2 TB honey. Optional: lightly coat with toasted sesame seeds. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side at 500 degrees on lower grid direct.

Sea scallops threaded on two parallel skewers, brushed with butter, lemon (or lime juice), ground black pepper and garlic salt. Go easy on the pepper and salt. Sear for 2 minutes per side at 500 degrees on lower grid direct. DON'T OVERCOOK!

4 tilapia fillets marinated for 30 minutes in:
3 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar
3 TBSP finely chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic minced
2 dashes Crystal hot sauce (or your favorite)

Grill on lower direct at 450 degrees for 4 minutes per side.

Skewered shrimp, brushed with mixture of melted butter (or olive oil), minced garlic, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with your favorite BBQ rub or just salt & pepper. Grill on lower direct at 450 degrees for about 2.5 minutes per side.
