okiesmokie,

Make your own. It's quite easy and you can season to taste.

Canned peeled whole tomatoes
Onion
Garlic
Basil
EVOO
Salt
Pepper

Bring to a low boil then simmer for 10-15 minutes. Use a stick blender to emulsify and then add whatever additional spices you want. You can make it as thick and chunky or smooth as you like.

okiesmokie,
You can make your own with a can of tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, basil (and any other italian type herbs you like), and a little parmesan cheese.

Pizza sauce

okiesmokie,
I haven't made an egg pizza yet, but I've been making oven baked pizza with homemade dough for many years now and always get compliments.

I actually just used tomato paste, mixed with some red wine or water, and a little chopped or dried oregano. I like to let the sauce cook with the pizza, and the low moisture of using paste helps keep the top a little drier especially since onions and pepper give off a lot of water.

Cheers,
-rcq
