I had 16 racks on the XL at one time for a party. 31 folks attended. No problem. Did stack some.
Plenty of food.

Took about 6 hours at about 230. They were great. After doing this I would prefer to lay them flat
and not use a rack. I use a rack on the large all the time for capacity purpose.
