Yep, they are pretty much hard to mess up.

Cook till they are done...

Kick itup a notch - let them sit in a little beer+sauce, either crock pot, or other vessle in the
oven or in the egg for a couple hours till the meat falls off the bone. Dat's good eats!

Pork steaks are almost impossible to goof up. I like using a mustard slather, but that is just me.

ijd i plan on cooking some pork steaks today is it best to cook them direct or indirect. these are about
3/4 inch thick. thanks for any advice
