pistolero,
Those look great! You need to get a little better stocked up on spices/rubs etc. You don't have
nearly enough. LOL.
Jeffersonian
pistolero,
What delicious-looking pizzas. I gotta broaden my Egg-horizons.
Big'un
pistolero,
Welcome to the forum! It may be your first post, but your za\"s look like a seasoned professional
made them. You should be proud, but now you've made me hungry! Thanks alot.LOL

This is my first post on the BGE forum, after many, MANY hours reading and learning. I got my large
BGE in January and this forum has saved me from screwing up on more than a few occasions. I saw a
few posts about pizza over the weekend so thought I would share the results from pizza night (last
night). I was trying to burn off my leftover lump in advance of my first brisket (stay tuned). So
here are the pies:
left to right: (1) BBQ Chicken, (2) turkey pepperoni & mushroom, with mozzarella & parmesan; (3)
three cheese tomato basil (mozzarella, fresh ricotta, and parmesan). Dome temp was 500, would have
been higher but wanted to save lump for the brisket cook.
My first brisket is on now (12# packer, about 2.5 hours in), will post pics in the morning.
It's gonna be a long night!!
