Fidel RRP,

Every Labor Day I do spares and baby backs. Ribs have been a long standing family tradition.

With some tater salad and a nice pie of some sort most likely.

eggerave RRP,
smoking a salmon filet cured with Myers Rum and other ingredients.

thirdeye RRP,

I buckboarded two loins last Sunday, so those are planned for this weekend. Most likely I'll
cook some ribs or a butt to repay by buddy who is shopping the truck farms in Colorado over the
holiday.

~thirdeye~

Morro Bay Rich RRP,
Well, USDA Choice tri-tip is $2.39/lb at the local market one mile from the house ....... Guess my
mind has been made up for me.

Smokin' Wolverine RRP,BUTTS

RRP By Sunday evening I will have egged 5 out of the previous 6 nights and I'm at a lost for what I
want to do for a Labor Day cook. It will just be the two of us. What is everybody planning?
