CWM- Thanks for the post, i just printed it out and will add to mine cookbook. Your ribs were
great. I did pick up some Blues HOg sauce, some that will help i'm sure. Hey just a quick
question. Looking at and reading your instructions for the ribs, the first picture shows 3 slabs of
ribs on the BGE, the final pic shows two slabs of ribs, does one slab vanish using this technique or
what. Just need to know.
