Ham. My family Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I have a Cook's shank portion semi cooked half ham.
Any suggestions? I did do a little searching but haven't come up with a whole lot. Was thinking
of double smoking with some sort of glaze at the end. I've also saw somewhere to pull off from
