fossil_frank GirlyEgg,
Count me in for one 18-20 pounder.
Frank

AlaskanC GirlyEgg,

One here!

Marlin Darlin GirlyEgg,
Count my family infor one. Janet

Not Sirius Rowdyrussell,
I haven't done one that size before, but I'm allowing 4 1/2 hours at 350 dome temperature.

Phil

Rowdyrussell Not Sirius,

How long and at what temperature do you cook the 21 pounder in the Egg?

Not Sirius GirlyEgg,
One injected breast last week for the office celebration, one rubbed 12 pounder on Sunday for a
friend (his turkey and recipe, my BGE) to share with his office-mates, and a brined 21 pounder for
Thanksgiving.

Total = 2 1/2 juicy, smoke-infused turkeys.
