Atoukus,
I have done boneless butts on my small 7-10 hours, also continuous multiple cooks for 15-16 hours. I
think that the small will go 18-20 hours on a full load(up to the top of the spacer ring) without a
problem.

Atoukus,
You should have no problem with a small turkey or turkey breast on the small. i did a 5 lb bone in
breast last week and cooked for about 4 hours at 225-250 with no problem. i think you could also do
a small pork butt an get 7-10 hours out of a full load of lump

Hi All,
Can you use a small egg to smoke smaller pork butts and turkey breast? I've always used mine for
grilling but am traveling over Thanksgiving and have plenty of time on my hands to play. I've
got the plate setter for it so don't think it should be a problem just not sure how long it
will burn on a full load of lump.

I'm in the middle of moving so will have to pull it out of storage to take it with, that's
why I can't just load it up an light it to see for myself!
Thanks!
