Broc -- Just across the Muddy Mo from Omaha!	Someone posted a Roast Pumpkin recipe on this forum about two weeks ago. So -- today was the day... I've never had roast pumpkin before, so I don't know what to compare it to. That said -- T'was Yummy! Really good! It's a Keeper -- Thanks to whomever posted the recipe! ~ Broc
