I had Smittty send me two gasket kits I burned mine up trying cook pizza at 900* He He He
The Pork Butt's still in the Egg its 12hr. now another 6 or so. Pic's to fallow.

Man what nice gaskets and setter. Let us see the after pictures and how this turned out.

Started this 8# Butt at 7pm PST with mustard Coarse Dizzy Dust and sugar. Injected with Dizzy Dust,
Apple juice, apple juice vinegar ,Worcestershire sauce, and corn syrup. Should be done tomorrow.
