Greendriver, Boy these look fantastic! The potatoes are roasteed very nicely, bet they were good.
Doing Baby Back Ribs today using the 3-1-1 1/2 method and the recommended rib.

After the morning round yesterday and on the way home, I knew I had to have a bbq rib fix of some
