eddy-turn Great oysters on the BGE - fresh live oysters scrubbed down; throw 'em on the egg at 35 for 3 to
4 minutes - until the shell opens slightly (you may see some steam or fluid at the edges; remove
from egg and open and serve on the half shell either straight or with a little lemon or cocktail
sauce.

A second option is to open the raw oysters and place them on half shell in the egg at about 225 with
some applewood chips and smoke for 5 to 10 minutes (to your liking). Great smoked taste.

Both options are great for the squeamish oyster eaters!
