Jeff Hughes Buster Dog BBQ,

I leave from no stem to very little...

Parsley boxes take some work, but they score very well...

Jeff

Buster Dog BBQ Jeff Hughes,
I am ok with the time. Do you pull the very end off or leave a little stem on there?

Jeff Hughes Buster Dog BBQ,

He's not kidding about the patience, I do all parsley boxes and it takes about 30 minutes per
box. I cook alone, so I do them Friday night.

Jeff

Buster Dog BBQ drbbq,
Thank you.

drbbq Buster Dog BBQ,
You can tear a few pieces of lettuce to get a little coverage to begin, but the bottom line is you
just keep adding little pieces of parsley until it's a full fluffy bed and it looks like a golf
green. It takes a lot of parsley and a lot of patience.

Buster Dog BBQ I am wanting to try a parsley only box for my upcoming competition. The food just seems to present
so much better in the box that way. What is the best way to set this up? Do you have to pull off
the stem layer or higher, do you layer multiple times? Do you do a bed of lettuce on the bottom
only? Kind of hard to tell from some of the photos I have seen.

Thanks.
