Me Ramblin Wregger,
I am a 5'9\" 209 llb female who can easily lift a small to take anywhere. I did carry (by
myself) my large from the car to my deck but mind you it was in pcs...top/bottom/fire ring/fire
box/daisy wheel...a little at a time

I love my l/s combo and there is only 2 of us.

Wise One Ramblin Wregger, take it from a fellow NATS graduate, go with the small. If you're looking for
portability as well as enough to cook effectively for two (I know you said you're single but I
assume that you let one other person hang around) the small fills the bill. The medium is just too
large to try to move around. The small has a lot more grill space (and accessories) than the mini.

Essex County Ramblin Wregger,
I agree with fishless. If you're just cooking for yourself, go with the small. I have a large,
small, and mini. The small is big enough to cook a complete meal for 2 and can grill or smoke.
Even if I'm cooking for myself, I use the small more often than the mini.

Paul

fishlessman Ramblin Wregger,
ive got some of those friends, they come and drink your beer. hide it. they may still come but now
they must bring their own beer, drink theirs. the small makes a great second egg, it has a 13 inch
grill so draw that out and you will see it will hold 2 big steaks or one huge steak, 13 inches is
big enough for a good sized roast as well. it also uses less lump so you will get a savings over
using the large for small cooks. i use it more as a grill than a smoker, but it can smoke a rack of
ribs easy enough.

Ramblin Wregger As a LONG time lurker i would like to thank everyone here for the unbelievable wealth of knowledge
that has allowed me to become a great cook.

My first post is about size. I currently have a large and I'm looking to compliment with a
small or medium. I've seen a lot of posts about this, but was looking for some recommendations
based on my needs.

I am single and would like a smaller size when it's just me eating, and not my hoard of friends
that never pay for anything and expect me to keep cooking on the egg. I will use the new egg for
sides and different temp cooks when I do have all those people over. I know there has been a lot of
posts about the portability of the egg, but I would also like to be able to (sparingly) take the new
egg tailgating and camping.

I have been to the store and seen a medium, but looks are deceiving when there is no food on it and
it's sitting next to an XL. I have never seen a small before. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
