Rascal,
I did the same this weekend with ABTs.
Found crab meat on sale. $9.99.
I'm sure it was not the world's best.
Mixed with a little cream cheese, grated cheese and DP spice.
Wraped with thin maple bacon.
I cooked low heat 250 to render bacon then
pulled to build up heat and put back on to
crisp bacon. They were great.

I tried the basic recipe using crab meat and cream cheese (with chives & onions) filling wrapped in
bacon (no spice, as I wanted to get an idea of how the flavors would come together). Aside from not
