Welcome aboard and congrats on the new Egg. Check out the link below for Naked Whiz's info on
brisket. I'd also encourage you to check out the other info on his site.

In short, apply your favorite rub, get the temp dialed in at a steady 250 degrees and wait.
It'll take ~2 hrs./lb. or so. Cook until the internal temp is 195-200 degrees, wrap it in foil
and let it rest for at least 1/2 an hour, slice and enjoy!
