I gave it a try for the first time tonight after careful planning, watching the video over and over, reading the books, and going to a friend's home here in town that has a BGE and letting him show me some tricks of the trade. I decided to try hamburgers first, and I must say they were a hit! Picture provided is of myself, my two sons, and The Big Green Egg theygive me for Christmas!
