dover_gal,
Ok, should have noted we boned the whole deer out. have the hind in round roast and also have the tenderloin and fish loin (everything else cut up for grind) cept the neck but that will be slow smoked for pulling. how would I do the round roast on the egg? tenderloin will be grilled.
