Larry, you can get the entire 7 bone-in prime rib in the large egg, but you have to cut it in half and do it as two roasts. .. this actually has its benefits though as you will now have 4 end slices, and it will cook in half the time as your times will be based on say two 8 pound prime ribs instead of one 16 pouind prime rib. . .RTD has a great pic of this set up. .. . so does alaskanC if she is back home yet and reading
