HokieBGE,Biggreenegg.com says 14 vertically. But I've seen whiz's pic of 20 on a large so 14 would be a conservative estimate by that standard. I did 6 easily using the V rack and Car Wash Mike's method for a party. For 9 couples I'd say with sides, maybe 1 rack per couple, thats what my wife and I eat at home.
