Ham. My family Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I have a Cook's shank portion semi cooked half ham. Any suggestions? I did do a little searching but haven't come up with a whole lot. Was thinking of double smoking with some sort of glaze at the end. I've also saw somewhere to pull off from anywhere from 135 to 180. Thanks for the help!
