...for the second year in a row Mrs ~t~ made Richard's Key Lime pie on Thanksgiving. I just had this slice and can't figure out if it's the filling or the crust I like the most. There are only two more slices for me to figure this out. Heheee.

thirdeye,

Wow, now THAT looks great. Love key lime pie.

If you're gonna have a habit, that appears to be a good one.

Cheers,

TRex

We should make a new rule. If you post a picture you must post the recipe. What does everyone think?

Dan,

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

- 1 slice cheese, cheddar
- 2 slices bread, wheat
- 1/2 tbs butter
- Ketchup for dipping

Using butter knife, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place cheese slice between the two bread slices such that the non-buttered sides of the bread slices are contacting the cheese. Preheat frying pan to medium-high. Place bread/cheese stack in frying pan. Using spatula to press down bread/cheese stack, grill on each side until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, approximately 3 - 5 minutes per side. Serve with ketchup for dipping.

TRex,
You have to try a little bit of mustard on that cheese.Another add on is a slice of tomato along with the cheese.

Richard Fl,

Oh My God! Can you PLEASE bring that to the Florida Fest? PLEASE, pretty please?

I could eat the computer screen right now. Talk about making a Weight Watcher leader weak in the knees....That's worth an entire days worth of points, LOL!
