Did a 20 pounder yesterday and fed 18 folks last night. Followed it up with two 8 pound breasts to send home with my daughters today. Don't know what I'm gonna do for Thanksgiving now.  Maybe shrimp and grits? Also have a corned beef in to soak, so it will get smoked sometime later this week.

One tomorrow, another next Sunday. Already cooked two turkey breasts. I'm on a roll. No egg in sight for Thanksgiving day at my sisters so I work around that problem.
