I say listen to the dealer, they "deal" with that kind of thing all the time.. As long as it doesn't bounce around you'll be fine. I would take some styrofoam wedges if I had them to help keep the egg from shifting. The table should have wheels and leaving the egg in, has got to be easier than lifting it. any loose parts, daisey wheel,etc. should be carried in the vehicle with you. You'll do fine! Then get cooking! It is customary for any one who purchases a demo egg in a table to cook for the entire forum. Just kidding! Ask any questions you need. WELCOME!!
