Tim Fowler,

I have two eggs, a large and a medium. I cook on the medium much more than the large. You will too, especially when cooking for just the 2 of you. The XL will come in handy for those large parties, but you will be surprised how much food you can cook on the medium and how good a job it does. It also uses a bit less lump to get the job done. The other benefit to 2 eggs is the ability to cook 2 completely different styles and temps at the same time. Makes dinner and party planning even easier.

If you are set against keeping it you can give it to your brother and then you will always have that to hold over his head. He will appreciate it more thanyou can imagine.
