Via St. Louis - Yep, they are pretty much hard to mess up.Cook till they are done...Kick itup a notch - let them sit in a little beer+sauce, either crock pot, or other vessle in the oven or in the egg for a couple hours till the meat falls off the bone. Dat's good eats!_Jeeves
