For a neighbor who is having 40 people over for dinner for a sales meeting for their company. Should be done tomorrow afternoon and she is going to pull it for the presentation. Pretty simple, all I had to do is light the Egg, turn on the Guru, rub the meat, put it on, take it off, foil wrap with towels and put in a cooler. And they will think I'm a genius. -RP

AZRP, Yeah cooking for others is fun, especially something like pulled pork where most people have no idea what that "bbq" is a bbq sandwich" really is. Are you gonna be there when it's pulled? Would be nice to see all the faces and reactions. ST
AZRP, Just curious how long it will take them to cook... I did two boston butt 7+ 1bs each and it took 20 hours 40 minutes for them to be done. I guess you have a great plan for them to be done in time. I wish you the best of luck ;=) ~Pharmeggist
