After the morning round yesterday and on the way home, I knew I had to have a bbq rib fix of some kind and found a small pack of the CS. Mustardized and Slab rubbed and cooked indirect at 300 then foiled with apple juice and cooked more while roasting the taters on the same setup. Catherine’s Pork N Bean Salad was a good match for this meal too. How did this get in here?
