Depending on the moisture content (like if you added any drippings etc), you should be able to:

Place in silicone loaf pan, a tupperware, or another other vessel that will serve as a 'mold'. Heck, I put mine into an 8x8 glass pyrex, pressed it down, and let it sit in the frig. The next day I cut it into portions and Vac Sealed it. (This had very little moisture)

If there is too much moisture (or you added some bbq sauce), mold, then freeze overnight, in the vessel of your choice then vac seal.
