That looks great! That's a lot of meat for one cook. Those folks at the party are in for a treat. In the past, when I've had to alot of meat to cook like you do, I also had trouble with the dome closing. I took the top picnics and leaned them on each other like a flat teepee. I noticed no discernable change in cooking time. I did have to watch my dome thermometer though, it was touching the meat. But it certainly seems that you have got that covered. Are you going to wait to pull it at the party? There's something about the appreciation of folks seeing you reach in and pull out the bone by hand. I've probley helped to sell 5 or 6 eggs that way.
