Pulled Pork Done Early

Folks coming around 12:30 for pulled pork. I just had to take it off the BGE. Wrapped in foil and towels and put in pre-heated ice chest.

How long can I safely keep it this way? I've kept it for a couple of hours before but never this long. Thanks

Don S,

You might want to give us a time zone you are in. If you are on the east coast you should be fine. If you are on the west coast you won't be.
