Ross in Ventura, you have done what i was thinking was the way to do pizza...i have done them many ways DEEP DISH!! it was tastey but the second time i tried it was "Soupy" i was not happy but the "Brick oven itialian style" is MY way of eating pizza .this is one i was not fully happy with and after i thought about it i thought the way you egged it was the way to go...only thing i gotta add is there is only one pizza sauce i have found that is ANY good is this one happy eggin tb
