Cooked a tail and some loins for my wife. Meal was great!

Looks great. How did you do the tails? (temp, seasoning, time).

bw,
I cut the tails on shell side and split open and then seared for 2 minutes at 500 degrees turned over and basted with butter,garlic,parsley at 3 minute intervals for a total of 9 minutes shell side down.
